FrameCraft provides web design and development services using modern web frameworks and hosting platforms, search engine optimisation (SEO), generative engine optimisation (GEO), strategy, and related digital services. We use AI-assisted development tools, including but not limited to Lovable, to accelerate development, generate code, and optimise workflows. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each project will be outlined in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed upon by both parties.
Our IP: All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of StellarStream Ltd, trading as FrameCraft, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
Client deliverables: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. StellarStream Ltd, trading as FrameCraft, retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
As a client, you agree to:
Payment terms, including deposits, milestone payments, and final payments, will be specified in the project proposal. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. StellarStream Ltd, trading as FrameCraft, reserves the right to pause work on a project until overdue payments are received.
Project timelines are estimates based on agreed scope. Delays caused by late client feedback, content delivery, or scope changes may extend the timeline. The number of revision rounds included in each project will be specified in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days' written notice. In the event of cancellation, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Deposits are non-refundable. If StellarStream Ltd, trading as FrameCraft, cancels a project, a pro-rata refund will be issued for any prepaid but undelivered work.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StellarStream Ltd, trading as FrameCraft, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for excellence in every project, we do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or outcomes from our SEO, GEO, or web development services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StellarStream Ltd, trading as FrameCraft, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms, tools, or services (e.g., Vercel, Google Analytics, hosting providers). StellarStream Ltd, trading as FrameCraft, is not responsible for the terms, privacy practices, or availability of these third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
